I had a good day sneak up on me yesterday, I was feeling my usual pissed off and slightly depressed from work heading to the gym with low energy. Started the weight lifting piece and little changed as I, on this day, preferred to keep to myself.
The WOD started (3RFT of 200′ lunges, 20 TTB, and 100DUs) and I moved as quickly as I could through it red-lining my heart-rate on several occasions causing me to pause. Finished and thought ‘so-so’ of my performance. Then I see this when i get home…” -Chad Oliphant
